SCALPSS · Demo for landing plume · NASA LaRC
SCALPSS 1.x, the Stereo Cameras for Lunar Plume-Surface Studies from NASA Langley, is an array of high-resolution cameras that collect imagery during descent on Blue Moon MK1.
It records how the surface responds to lander thrust and uses stereographic photogrammetry to build a three-dimensional view of the disturbed ground at the south pole.
