Rock West Composites provided multiple configurations of composite struts for Intuitive Machines’ IM-1 Nova-C lander Odysseus. Circular tubes with and without bonded titanium fittings, plus rectangular tubes tooled on both faces, were built from HM63/PMT-F6 unidirectional prepreg to a 0.010" surface-profile/straightness requirement, then pull-tested in-house before Houston integration. Named IM-1 hardware only.
