LISTER, the Lunar Instrumentation for Subsurface Thermal Exploration with Rapidity, measures the heat flow of the Moon's interior by drilling beneath the lunar surface.
Texas Tech University leads the payload under NASA PRISM. Seiichi Nagihara is principal investigator. NASA dates a CLPS delivery in 2028 or later and will assign the delivery task order later.
